The Workers’ Inquiry investigates how work is organized under capitalism, how workers experience their relationship with employers and with one another, and how working conditions might be changed.
The inquiry seeks to learn from workers’ own experiences, observations, and explanations. You do not need to agree with any particular political or economic theory to participate.
Two questionnaires are available. The short questionnaire offers a relatively quick way to contribute. The long questionnaire provides more space to describe your work and workplace in greater detail.
Answer the shorter set of questions about your work, working conditions, and relationship with your employer.
Provide a more detailed account of your work, how it is organized and controlled, how it has changed, and how workers might improve their conditions.
